The check-in process was extremely poorly organized and managed. There were three staff members working, yet none seemed to have any sense of urgency or communicate effectively. It took over an hour to check in, and the staff member assisting me never explained what was causing the delay or whether there were any issues. At one point, she simply stared at her screen for approximately 45 minutes without communicating with me at all. I stayed in the Canyon Tower, and unfortunately the room was extremely stuffy. Even with the AC set as low as 65°F, the room never felt comfortable, and I had a difficult time sleeping. The bathroom also had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. There was hair throughout the shower, which was disappointing and made the room feel like it had not been thoroughly prepared for a new guest. Overall, the experience was frustrating and did not meet the standard I expected. Better communication during check-in, more efficient management, and more thorough room cleaning would make a significant difference.

The room was the penthouse at the very top and edge of the hotel. Absolutely stunning views and a very large and comfortable room with everything you need. USB and C connections throughout, and the projector to watch movies was really cool.

The only real problem we had was there is really no place to sit but at a gambling table or slots. Because of this we were in pain having to walk to get to things, so it limited our enjoyment of the place. Also could have used a map in our original arrival materials. On the positive side all the food we ate was delicious and cooked to perfection.
